Miley Ray Cyrus, born Destiny Hope Cyrus, was brought up by Tish Cyrus, Billy Ray Cyrus, and her brothers and sisters in Thompson's Station in Tennessee. She is the eldest of five siblings. As of 2005, Cyrus had been cast in her character's lead in the Disney show Hannah Montana (2006), which follows a teenager who lives two lives as pop-star. The show's director was Cyrus' father also acted with the character. After the show's success, there were hit records with sold-out shows as well as deals on merchandise. Cyrus was a teenager star. Cyrus started to play different roles after the success she had with Hannah Montana (2006). The roles included Ronnie Miller (in The Last Song, 2010) and Lola (in LOL (2012)), alongside Demi Moor.
